Integrate Measure to RFMS for Increased Efficiency and Sales Opportunities!

Integration is something we hear about more and more. In the past (even the recent past), work might get done in one application, but then had to be re-keyed into the next application before the next stage can take place, introducing additional work, delay, and potential for error. The purpose of integration is to eliminate all three.

RFMS is a fully integrated business solution. If you are using Measure, you might not be aware that Measure and Measure Mobile integrate with RFMS to streamline the sales process.  If you would like us to help you integrate Measure and Measure Mobile with RFMS please click here

More recently, our apps work with both RFMS and Measure to give a further level of efficiency.

Measure Desktop and Measure Mobile can be used stand alone. Indeed, we have many customers who get great value out of the programs using them this way. However, for those using RFMS Core there is the added advantage of integration with Measure. Integration also means that Measure can interact with the CRM and RFMS Mobile apps. What does the integration look like and what are the benefits?

When an opportunity is setup in CRM a Measure date/time can be assigned to an estimator:

The estimator receives a notification in Measure Mobile along with information pertaining to the rooms that need measuring, the product that is being used, and anything else they need to be aware of:

Once the project is finished in Measure Mobile there are several ‘next step’ options available from the worksheet:

The information relating to the Measure can be published back to the opportunity in CRM or the user can choose to export the project to RFMS:

When a Measure project is exported direct to RFMS the opportunity is automatically moved to the ‘quote’ column in the CRM App:

Measure Desktop also integrates with RFMS through RFMS Online and/or the CRM app in a similar way. The integration benefits are increased efficiency and increased sales opportunities.

This brief article has merely brush stroked the integration process, but if you can see already how this could or would benefit your business, please reach out to us for an in-depth demonstration.
